User access, security, and change tracking — rights are named, human-readable, and enforced on every gated control. SSN / Tax ID fields mask everywhere for personas without the reveal right, including on reports.

Field-level security: Contact.ssn and Contact.feinTaxId render masked (•••-••-1234) on record pages, grids, exports, and reports for personas without the reveal right — and never render at all on public surfaces. Protected addresses (GC 6254.21 & 6254.24) are suppressed on all public surfaces; revealing one staff-side writes a “Field revealed” audit entry.
